The Lehigh County Authority (LCA) Wastewater Plant in Fogelsville was designed to remove much of the Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Suspended Solids contributed by several local industries prior to discharge to the Allentown Wastewater Treatment Plant.

LCA and the plant operator, CH2M Hill OMI, are dedicated to serving the community by developing good working relationships with local businesses, reaching out to support area charities and concerns protecting the environment.
