Billing Procedures
Attention Waste Haulers! Using the Lehigh County Authority Wastewater Plant for your waste disposal needs? Please visit our Waste Hauler Program - Rates & Forms page for more information about billing procedures and rates.
LCA strives to provide affordable water and sewer services to all existing and future customers. Due to our status as a non-profit, non-taxing municipal authority, our rates are formulated to cover the actual cost of providing service to our customers. Therefore, we make every effort to operate in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while also keeping our focus on quality and value.
If you are an LCA customer, you will receive your water or sewer bill from us on a quarterly or monthly basis depending on the type of service you receive. We ask that all payments be made on or before the due date listed on the bill. Payment options include:
Pay by mail by sending a check along with your bill stub to Lehigh County Authority; P.O. Box 3210; Allentown, PA 18106.
Pay in person with cash or check by visiting our office at 1053 Spruce Street in Wescosville (we have a drop-box by the front door for after-hours payments).
Enroll in LCA's AutoPay Plan and have the amount of your water or sewer bill deducted automatically from your checking or savings account. Download an application form today to get started!
We are unable to accept online payments and credit card payments at this time, but please feel free to take our Online Customer Survey to give us your feedback about this possible future payment option!
Nonpayment of your water and/or sewer bill may result in additional penalties, liens and possible termination of service. Avoid these penalties by contacting our customer service department to discuss your situation. We will work with you on developing a payment plan that will meet your needs.
