LCA's Board of Directors is made up of seven individuals appointed by the County of Lehigh. At its meetings, our Board discusses broad policy issues, upcoming or ongoing capital projects, financial management and long-range planning issues. How Can You Participate? Our Board conducts two different types of meetings each month: a Workshop Meeting and a Board Meeting. Both are open to the public. If you would like to address the Board, we recommend that you contact us ahead of time so we can add you to our agenda for either meeting. Otherwise, our Board Meeting agenda includes a period for public comment, which you should feel free to participate in.

Workshop Meetings are generally held on the second Monday of the month at 12:00 p.m. in our conference room. These meetings are intended for discussion of strategic issues that may require Board action in the coming month(s).

Board Meetings are generally held on the fourth Monday of the month at 12:00 p.m. in our conference room. A formal agenda is prepared for this meeting and mailed out to the local media, municipal officials and other interested parties. Our Board Meeting agenda always includes an open period for public comments. Board meetings are intended for official Board action on any necessary items and consideration of any public, staff or solicitor's comments.
