System Outages / Leaks

Major emergencies in our system are posted directly on our home page.

LCA’s crews are constantly on the lookout for leaks, drops in water pressure, and other problems. At times, when we have a major outage, we may call customers directly when it is possible to do so, to let you know about a prolonged outage due to a repair. Some repairs can be done quickly and customers will not be notified directly. To be sure we have your most current contact information, please send us your emergency contact info!

Experiencing a Water Problem?

If you are experiencing a loss of water pressure, a water quality problem, or have no water, please Contact Us!

System Flushing

LCA technicians will conduct system flushing following the schedule provided below. We strive to limit our flushing activities to the time frame of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or during the overnight hours, in order to avoid peak usage periods.

Please be aware that during courses of aggressive flushing, you may notice short periods of discolored tap water or reduced pressure. We advise you to limit your water usage during the flushing activities and to let your cold water faucets run for a short time to allow the discoloration to flush out of your plumbing. Please Contact Us if you experience any significant or unexpected problems.
