Please complete the form below to request certification and property transfers with Lehigh County Authority.

Certification information will be provided within two business days of the request and only valid through the date provided by the requester. If a new settlement date is scheduled the transfer company is responsible to contact LCA with updated information.

NOTE: Purchaser and closing agent information must be completed in order for a final meter reading to be conducted. Escrow funds must be held during closing in an effort to collect unpaid and new charges accrued through the settlement date. A final invoice will be issued to the closing agent two weeks after settlement confirmation.

                  The title agent is responsible to contact LCA to confirm or cancel the request. Confirmation of closing status may be submitted to the email address(s) above. Final invoice will be issued two weeks after confirmation of closing.
