Our Operations Department employs maintenance technicians and foremen with a variety of skills in plumbing and construction, leak detection, customer service, electronics, heavy equipment operation, water quality monitoring, computer flow modeling, and regulatory compliance.

Plant Operations requires highly skilled water and wastewater operators, who are state-certified to operate the type of treatment facilities LCA operates. Our certified operators must complete rigorous training and examinations, and continue their education through state-approved training programs.

Our Capital Works Department of professional engineers, project managers, site inspectors, and planning experts, manage projects from contractor bids, through design, construction, and completion. The team manages large and small projects, all of which impact our ability to efficiently and effectively serve our customers.

In Administration, employees handle responsibilities including accounting, organizational management, administrative support, legal advisement, human resources, public relations, and computer systems management.

Our Customer Care Department is comprised of professionals in customer service, billing and collections, and field metering services. Our team supports the customer journey from meter installation and repairs to answering customer questions, and resolution of problems.

Our Information Technology Department includes professionals who manage hardware, software, system security, and a variety of applications used daily to do our work. We employ analysts who have designed and implemented applications specific to our company to improve workflow, gain efficiencies, and better serve our customers.
