Use our FREE online portal, powered by Paymentus, to pay now. Click here to log in or register. Using the portal you can make a one-time payment or set up an account for recurring payments and paperless billing. Options include:

FINAL bills related to transfer of service must be paid by check, cash, or money order. Online and phone system payments for these types of bills are not accepted.

Pay by Mail

You can pay your water and/or sewer bill by mailing a check made payable to Lehigh County Authority for the amount due and mailing it with the bill stub. *Please use blue or black ink to write your check. Use the return envelope provided for you in every bill from LCA. If you don’t have the return envelope, here’s where to send your payment:

Pay In Person

Pay with cash or debit card at any Walmart Customer Service desk. Take along your bill stub with the LCA account number. A $2 service fee will apply.

Use our Secure Drop Boxes

There are well-lit, secure, drive-through drop boxes for payments at both of LCA’s offices listed below. If you’re dropping off payment, please pay with a check made out to Lehigh County Authority for the amount due, then place it — along with your bill stub — in an envelope. Payments may be dropped any time, day or night.

Due Dates & Penalties

All normal water and sewer bills are due on the 10th of the month after which they are issued. If you do not pay on time, a 5% Late Payment Charge will be issued. Additional Late Payment Charges may apply if the bill remains unpaid for a longer period. Accounts that are more than 30 days past due may be subject to service termination. Thereafter, delinquent accounts are subject to a monthly penalty of 1.5%. Please review the back of your regular bill for more details about LCA’s collections procedures.
