Water Rates
If you receive a water bill directly from your municipality, please contact your municipality for more information about their rate structure. If you receive a bill directly from LCA, select your system to view your water rates.
Below are the water rates for 2025:
Allentown Division
Water Rates for the Allentown Division are based on contractual requirements included in LCA’s 50-year lease agreement with the City of Allentown.
Fixed Charge: 5/8-inch meter (typical residential installation) = $85.57 per quarter.
Volume Charge: $5.11851 per 1,000 gallons.

Suburban Division Common Rates
(for all non-city customers, except those communities listed separately below)
Quarterly Fixed Charge: $34.50 for a 5/8-inch meter (typical residential charge).
Volume Charge: $4.02 per 1,000 gallons.
Residential Sprinkler System: $15.00 per quarter.

Welshtown Road
(outside Slatington in Washington Township)
Quarterly Fixed Charge: $60.00 for the first 8,000 gallons for a 5/8-inch meter (typical residential charge).
Volume Charge: $5.50 per 1,000 gallons over 8,000.
