LCA Hardship Grant Program
If you need help paying your LCA bill and meet the program eligibility requirements, you can apply for a grant, up to a maximum amount of $400.
Eligibility requirements:
- Account Status: Account must have water service turned off or be in threat of service termination and have a balance of at least $200.00.
- Sincere Effort of Payment: Applicants must have paid at least $100 on their account in the past four months.
- Household Income: Total gross household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
