What To Expect – Before, During, and After Service Line Replacement

LCA will notify you when there is a service line replacment project in your neighborhood. To participate in the program, homeowners must complete a “Right of Entry” authorization form.

Right of Refusal: If a property owner refuses service line replacement for any reason, they may not be eligible later.
