response to COVID-19, Lehigh County Authority meetings of the Board of Directors will convene as scheduled but will be held online and by phone to avoid in-person attendance by the public, LCA staff or Board members. If you are interested in participating in an LCA Board meeting, you may do so by visiting our LCA Meeting Videos page. Instructions for how to join the meeting online or by phone will be posted prior to each meeting.

If you prefer, you may also comment on any agenda or non-agenda item in advance of each Board meeting by emailing LCABoard@LehighCountyAuthority.org. Comments received via email will be read during the meeting and will become part of the public record.

Unless otherwise noted on the current year’s schedule, all meetings below begin at Noon and will be held at LCA’s Main Office at 1053 Spruce Road, Wescosville, PA 18106.

Note About Public Comments: All LCA meetings are open to the public and include a public comment period at the beginning and end of each meeting for non-agenda items. For agenda items, public comments will be accepted at the time the item is being discussed/considered during the course of the meeting.
